Was the shooting at Ingraham High School gang related?

Opinion:
I read & re-read this post and I realized I did not properly answer this question. So allow me to do so.
Like most locals I am saddened that young people of any skin color have to resort to violence and murder in order to solve their problems. And I have my own questions about this crime.
It takes 2 groups to fight it out over a gun that is likely stolen. But I donot know that as fact.
The shooter and victim are both black. The victim is 17 and the shooter is 14.
2 groups of teens walked into a onsite bathroom to fight and the victim lost.
So that leads me to wonder was this gang related? Obviously, Ingraham is not on any known maps of gang turf. Of which I documented here.

I can only make alot of assumptions about the situation like that these kids knew each other and had some way to contact each other or they knew each other from mutual friends but again I donot know this as fact.
However it seems likely that this was in part gang related because all the parties responsible were under 18 and had no business roaming around the Seattle area. They all should have been in school…

These shootings are easily put on the democrat / leftists in charge of Seattle & Washington state. After all it is their idiotic ‘gun control’ that are easily ignored by the varied gang bangers and other criminals that are given free license to murder whomever they want to no matter if they are black or white.
They only way to solve these crimes is to disarm the gang banger criminals and all the others who use violence for varied purposes. But we already know that the local democrat party doesn’t care about the black community here in Washington or Seattle. They only care to promote their agendas and stupidity.
