IF EG White was right why is the SDA Church around?

Since she and her estate published the ‘The Great Controversy’ at least a hundred years ago her sect has continued its ways without her so called prophetic words being carried out by either the pagan world, Roman Catholics, or other Sunday keepers.

According to the book ‘The Great Controversy’

“Chapter 36 The Impending Conflict”

The last few passages of this chapter says:

“Those who honor the Bible Sabbath will be denounced as enemies of law and order, as breaking down the moral restraints of society, causing anarchy and corruption, and calling down the judgments of God upon the earth. Their conscientious scruples will be pronounced obstinacy, stubbornness, and contempt of authority. They will be accused of disaffection toward the government. Ministers who deny the obligation of the divine law will present from the pulpit the duty of yielding obedience to the civil authorities as ordained of God. In legislative halls and courts of justice, commandment keepers will be misrepresented and condemned. A false coloring will be given to their words; the worst construction will be put upon their motives.”

“As the Protestant churches reject the clear, Scriptural arguments in defense of God’s law, they will long to silence those whose faith they cannot overthrow by the Bible. Though they blind their own eyes to the fact, they are now adopting a course which will lead to the persecution of those who conscientiously refuse to do what the rest of the Christian world are doing, and acknowledge the claims of the papal sabbath. “

“The dignitaries of church and state will unite to bribe, persuade, or compel all classes to honor the Sunday. The lack of divine authority will be supplied by oppressive enactments. Political corruption is destroying love of justice and regard for truth; and even in free America, rulers and legislators, in order to secure public favor, will yield to the popular demand for a law enforcing Sunday observance. Liberty of conscience, which has cost so great a sacrifice, will no longer be respected. In the soon-coming conflict we shall see exemplified the prophet’s words: “The dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” Revelation 12:17.”

If she was a great prophetess you’d think by now in the twenty first century her little group would have been destroyed supposedly by fellow Christians and Catholics. But the reality is that we Sunday Christians have no interest in helping them fulfill false prophecies. We as Christians who keep Sunday are more interested in debate and disproving EG Whites writings than the supposed future bloodshed she accuses us of even from her grave.

She says:

How is keeping a day of rest either Saturday or Sunday make one as a individual a enemy of law and order? After all mans laws are based off of the Ten Commandments found in Exodus 20:1-17. Yet our human laws have no particular day of Worship we are ORDERED to partake in. This philosophy made up by EG White after so many years is greatly flawed.

For EG White to be a correct prophetess she would have to guess that mankind would create laws against the Jewish Sabbath. Which of course would anger not just Sabbath keeping Christians, Messianic Christians but Jewish folk of all sects. Also for a law to be enforced such as that would indicate a great deal of Anti Semitism in the Government.

She continues her rant by saying:

This ideology and theology is a assumption by Mrs. White. Where does the NT  Scripture logically say that we as Christians and Gentiles are to follow Gods Ten Commandments OR the REST of the Law of Moses? She seemingly doesn’t give adequate proofs of her beliefs there. I have continually read the various SDA / Theonomist online claims, online articles and so forth of her followers and they barely can make any proofs from the New Testament. The New Testament is what a Christian follows not the old. We as Christians can study the OT and learn the lessons written therein but we should always remember that it is the history and story’s of the Jewish people.

To also complicate her false teaching is the lie that she created that the Roman Catholic church and Protestant Christians want to enforce a “Sunday Law” which would unfairly force all other religions to worship their particular gods on Sunday. A completely idiotic idea for a local or Federal law. Her next assumption is that somehow the Catholic church is in charge of ALL Earthly Governments. Again where is evidence to prove a Catholic Theocracy? 

Her further claims that she follows the Jesus of the Holy Bible and yet she doesn’t follow his words but her own wicked heart through the teachings of men around her.

Jesus fulfilled the Law of Moses according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. If he had not we as his followers would have to keep the Law and its punishments.

The only way for the SDA organization to fulfill EG Whites writings is to become a organized dissident group like the “Branch Davidians” and commit crimes against the Federal laws and Government of the USA, Canada or Europe.

Then MAYBE a “Sunday Law” would be ordered by the US Gov and SDA or other Christian Sabbath keepers could be effected.
