My response to the old moslem article: “The Terrorism and Genocide of Jesus Christ”

This is my reply to this moslem article from 2008 or so.

“The Terrorism and Genocide of Jesus Christ”

“Jesus Christ of the Bible is often portrayed by today’s Christian as a meek, humble bundle of love, however… there is a side to Jesus Christ in the Bible, which few talk about. Let’s turn our attention to the following passage in the Bible:”

“1 Samuel 15:3”

“Now go and attack Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have; do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.”

“It is important to point out that Christians believe that Jesus is God (Islam teaches that Jesus is NOT God, rather God’s Messenger). Christians also believe that God inspired the Bible. Therefore, if God = Jesus, then it was Jesus (God) who inspired this commands to go commit genocide against this nation of people as we read in 1 Sam 15:3. These are Jesus Christ’s words. What is even more demented, is that Jesus Christ ordered the killing of babies! There can be no explanation offered that could make sense of such commands. “

“What is important to point out here, is that Jesus Christ clearly sanctions genocide and terrorism (the indiscriminate targeting of innocent civilians) as legitimate tactics of war. The above verse is not the only passage where we find this, rather the Holy Bible is littered with commands and clear sanctions to commit genocide and terrorism against nations of people (Joshua 6:20-21, Joshua 8:1-29, Judges 20:48, Jeremiah 50:21-22, Judges 18:27-29, Deuteronomy 3:1-7, Isaiah 13:15-18, Ezekiel 9:4-6). What makes Jesus Christ unique from all other “Gods”… is his desire for the blood of babies. I am not aware of any other religious text on Earth, which glorifies genocide and terrorism more than the Bible.”

“In spite of the overwhelming evidence demonstrating that the Bible permits genocide and terrorism as legitimate tactics of war against your enemy, many Christians will continue to deny this fact. Therefore, for those who deny… I would kindly ask the following 3 deadly questions of them:”

“1 Jesus Christ (God) approved genocide and terrorism as legitimate tactics of war, and encouraged his born again followers of Christ to commit terrorism and genocide against others. Considering this fact, why are you now saying that terrorism and genocide are evil and are sins against Jesus when Jesus himself approved of it? “

“2 The Old Testament is a book which plays a dynamic role in the life of the Christian, they appeal to this book for guidance in their the daily affairs of life – to find out what is right and what is wrong. Everywhere from worship, friendship, marriage, parenting. Therefore, what is wrong with referring to Bible for spiritual guidance on how an army should conduct wars and tactics of warfare? “

“3 2 Tim 3:16 states all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. Considering that all scripture is profitable, which one of these 4 categories listed in 2 Timothy 3:16 do genocide and terrorism (1 Samuel 15:3) fall in? “

Ok that’s what was that  moslems post. Here is my response.

This moslem is really quite stupid. They list the following Scriptures from the Torah.

“1 Samuel 15:3, Joshua 6:20-21, Joshua 8:1-29, Judges 20:48, Jeremiah 50:21-22, Judges 18:27-29, Deuteronomy 3:1-7, Isaiah 13:15-18, Ezekiel 9:4-6”

This list is basically from various portions of the Torah. The Torah is Judaisms history and Theocracy laws. Obviously this moslem has forgotten that.

Although the Torah is part of the Christian Bible. Our teachers include Jesus and the disciples. This means that while we included the Torah in our Scriptures and study it. The Torah was soley for Jewish people. Not Christian. This means that we as Christians are not under the same Commandments as Jews and live a entirely different way than them.

Now for clarification let’s look at each Torah Scripture in context to get the whole story of what this moslem posted.

1 Samuel 15:3… See 1 Samuel 15:1-35 discusses Saul the King of Israel who eventually dies in battle.

Joshua 6:20-21, Joshua 8:1-29… After the death of Moses Joshua is chosen to lead the new Israelites to conquer the lands that would become ancientIsrael. Joshua 1:1-24 through 24:1-33.

Judges 20:48, Judges 18:27-29 … Judges 1:1-36 through to 21:1-25 is a series of stories of how ancient  Israel  had a series of Judges as national leaders.

Jeremiah 50:21-22 See: Jeremiah 50:1-46 A prophecy against  Babylon  (Iraq).

Deuteronomy 3:1-7 See: Deuteronomy 3:1-29 is part of the story of Moses arriving into the land that would be  Israel  from  Egypt. As you can read this chapter is a brief description of the battle against king Og.

Isaiah 13:15-18 See: Isaiah 13:1-22 A message against  Babylon.

Ezekiel 9:4-6… See: Ezekiel 9:1-11. Part of visions that were against  Jerusalem.

As we can see from the texts God commanded very specific tactics in ancient warfare against it’s enemies.  Other portions of the Torah were prophetic against  Israel  and  Israel’s neighbors. Was Jesus the ‘culprit’? I doubt that… However  can we judge God for the sins and decisions of past peoples? This moslem author does just by judging God by his own system and religion.

The problem that this moslem author presents is ‘Did Jesus command the Jews to go to war and murder people without a specific reason?’ And the answer is NO! God and his prophets gave specific directions to those who would fight for him in human wars thousands of years ago. And even if these stories offend moslem readers they should realize that these stories are:

1 Ancient history from  Israel  is not proof that God requires his modern followers to murder people, commit terrorism or genocide.

2 Jesus never gave instructions for his Jewish and Gentile followers to go forth to fight needless wars and commit atrocity and murder.

Now let’s deal; with this moslems so called questions.

In reviewing the Torah Scriptures listed. God did allow ancient  Israel  to fight in wars for territory and defense. But what of the Christian? Are we to fight in wars for profit, spoils and territory? NO of course not and this silly moslem can’t bring forth proper evidences to prove his point. Jesus NEVER commanded his followers to fight in wars and commit terrorism in the New Testament. So to make absurd claims just shows how stupid this moslem is.

The Old testament is not the sole ‘holy book’ for a Christian. The Torah or Old testament is the history, Theocratic laws and more of the Jewish people. We as Christians are not under orders to conquer or kill people based off of the Law of Moses. Modern armies base their rules and laws not always on religious texts but the ideas of politicans, Commanders and other types of leaders.

I will point out that we Christians ‘Holy Books’ are the New testament. We donot use the Torah to guide our daily lives. What this silly moslem did is assume incorrectly that we as Christians live our spiritual lives through the Torah. We donot as Christians.

Which one of these categories do these Torah Scriptures fall in… you silly moslem? ANCIENT HISTORY.

After all it is up to you o’ moslem to use adequate evidence that Christians are to kill through warfare and commit genocide according to Jesus teachings. But of course you can’t do that. Instead you use the Torah that is Judaism’s history to try to make a idiotic point.

So that brings up a point.  What does the Christian Bible say about war? Well this moslem author shoulda looked here:

2 Corinthians 10:3-5

A Christians warfare is spiritual. Not through modern weapons or tactics,

We as Christians can certainly join our Countries Armies, Navies, Airforces and so forth. But we are not commanded to do so.

IF this moslem author actually bothered to read the Christian Bible he would realize that those who murder like his jihadi buddies go to hell and not ‘paradise’. But of course he won’t bother to view such things because his is involved in a satanic religion.

How do I know this? Because of the following.

“MUHAMMADs QURAN PROTOCOLS FOR TOTAL WAR”

http://inthenameofallah.org/Total%20War.html

“Kill, Slay, Fight, in the Quran”

http://inthenameofallah.org/Kill%20OR%20Saly%20in%20the%20Quran.html

“UNHOLY QUOTES FROM THE KORAN THAT PROMOTE TERRORISM

THE KINGDOM ALERT #130, P.1, WEEKLY UPDATE”

http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/koran.html

And that’s just a few teachings that can be found online that question the quran and hadiths about terrorism and warfare. IF the Christian Bible doesn’t have specific teachings and Commandments for Christians to go to war like moslems. Than this moslems post is for nothing.
