As usual the so-called ‘facts’ of the above author are not TRUE FACTS but badly written Theonomy.

Let’s review the TRUE FACTS about Saturday Sabbath.

1 God rested on the Seventh Day (Sabbath). But did not COMMAND his human creation to rest on that day. In the story of Adam and Eve in Genesis 2:1-3, Genesis 2:7-25, Genesis 3:1-24 there are NO Commands by God for them to keep Saturday Sabbath or any other day of rest.

2 Gods first mention of Sabbath for his creation was for Israel. Sabbath was a “Perpetual Covenant” Between God and Israel Exodus 20:8-11, Exodus 31:12-18.

3 Jesus as a Jew kept the Sabbath because he was under the Law of Moses. Jesus NEVER Commanded the Sabbath for his gentile followers.

Our LORD Jesus never gave specific Commands to keep Saturday Sabbath as he did.

4 Because Jesus did not give Commandments for his Gentile followers to keep the Law of Moses and the Sabbath the Gentiles his disciples taught the following.

Acts 15:1-31 The Law of Moses was not for the Gentile

Romans 13:8-10 Love thy neighbor full fills the Law of Moses

Romans 14:5-6 Sabbath or Sunday for the Lord depending on the Christian

As I have shown through these four examples SDA Theonomists are quite mistaken in keeping the Sabbath by demonizing Sunday.

SDA followers are needlessly combating fellow Christians on days of worship and legalism when they should be working with their fellow believers to bring this fallen world to Jesus.
