Online fear mongering is not helping our cause

One of my many gripes as a islamaphobe is the innate ability to twist news stories to the point that the real facts are forgotten or hidden. This type of foolishness takes away from our cause to expose the Theocratic nature of political islam and makes us look like a bunch of chumps when we make false claims.
A recent case in point is here:

While I donot agree with the judges ruling I agree that the atheist plaintiff was at fault for making up a costume that would willingly anger moslems in that crowd. Was it really surprising that a moslem immigrant went to attack him? Not really!
Now why would I am fellow ‘islamaphobe’ say such a thing?
Allow me to make the following bullet points:

1 The atheist group did not have a series of video cameras in place IN CASE that any person in the crowd decided to attack them. These cameras would have acted as witnesses / evidence to show that they were attacked with or without cause.

2 IF this atheist group had pre-planned to be attacked by any violent persons in the crowd it would show that any harm that could have happened would have not been the entire fault of their attacker but their own stupidity because of their signs and costumes.

3 The Judge according to the evidence ruled in favor of the moslem and not the atheists as reported. HOWEVER this judge should have placed a fine or another type of punishment to deter any moslem from attacking any non muslims that make any type of statements against islam, Muhammad, allah in PUBLIC spaces etc.

4 The only group raising hell about this incident has been the atheists themselves. Few statements have been made public from either the moslem immigrant nor the acting Judge of the case. This means that they are either hiding something or trying to sweep this incident under the rug as it were.

5 I am not convinced that the Judge presiding over this case is moslem. There is no online evidence that makes me believe that he or his rulings are biased for islam unless his various legal judgments over the various years has been in favor solely for moslems in the PA court system.

Yes I agree that it is shocking that a Judge in the USA would throw out a legal case. But not because of him being a moslem or following sharia laws. But because of the stupidity of one group and not having enough evidence to throw a attacker in jail.
Yes I also agree it does not justify for ANY moslem to physically attack a ‘kaafir’ in public in America or any where else in the USA or Canada.
At the same time when we skeptics make up idiotic parades where we will encounter opposition and physical attacks by moslem or other offended groups we should expect trouble. Our cause is not to simply offend and anger moslems or other groups. We as ‘islamaphobes’ need to educate those around us to the downside of islam and to counter their propaganda and system with facts, truth and a willingness to fight a long battle till the threat is gone.
The atheists that lost their case did so not because their cause is true. But their cause is to get moslems, Christians or other groups mad at them and attack them with violence and worse. Such a cause is not beneficial to my goals or the goals of those I support.
