My response to the article “Jesus Didn’t Care About Correct Doctrine and Neither Should We”

Last year I was doing my usual stroll through the lib-tarded website… huffington post and came across the following…

“Jesus Didn’t Care About Correct Doctrine and Neither Should We”

“Posted:  11/17/2014 3:51 pm EST    Updated:  3 hours ago”

“Mick Mooney Author, ‘An Outsider’s Guide to the Gospel'”

This carefree attitude is typical with pro gay so called Christians like this character.

“Christians You Have 5 Months”

“Rev. Jeff Hood Baptist Pastor, Theologian and Activist”

“Posted:  02/18/2015 3:50 pm EST    Updated:  02/18/2015 3:59 pm EST”

Take notice of the last paragraph of the above article:

” We are about to see the beauty of love set free. Now is the time to learn how to choose love over hate. Now is the time for the people of God to get delivered from these hateful ways of being. I call on all Christians to lay down your scriptures, dogmas, doctrines and interpretations long enough to learn how to love your neighbor as your self. With 5 months left until the Supreme Court decision, the end of societal protection of hate is near and you don’t want to get left behind.”

I’ll deal with this above author at a later date…

Is Mooney right? Did Jesus ignore Doctrine Jewish in order to accept people and their sins?

When we actually look up what Jesus said and did in the Gospels Jesus constantly corrected and taught the two main Jewish religious groups about Gods Law not because he didn’t care about Jewish Doctrine but because he was changing the very Law they used against sinners.

An example of Jesus changes to Moses Law is found in Matthew.

Matthew 5:1-48 and runs till Matthew 7:1-29.

Other Examples of Jesus corrections of the Pharisees and Sadducees are through out the Gospels.

Matthew 12:1-8

Matthew 15:1-20

Matthew 16:1-12

Now what is my point of using these examples.

Jesus didn’t live and die to allow people to live ungodly lives. Nothing good will come, has come from accepting people on the basis of their homosexual choices. That is the mistake Mooney, Michaelson and others are making.

To take the Holy Bible and force changes to it in order to accept sodomy, lesbianism and a host of other sexualized fetishes as a form of id, gender or other ‘protected class’ is not only wrong but damning. As human beings we cannot simply change long held religious belief for the sake of secular cult-ure or ‘social constructs’ simply because they think they are right and we as Christians are wrong.

Christian Doctrine, Teaching is meant to transform peoples lives to make them followers of Jesus and perfecting them for his future Kingdom. When we combine the Doctrines of Jesus and the Disciples those teachings are meant to change a person, Male or Female into that servant of God and not servants to sin.

Within our Bibles are lists of sins we are to strive against not accept as the fools do.

Scriptural Examples.

1 Cor 6:9-20

Gal 5:19-21

Eph 5:3-6

Rev 22:14-15

Col 3:5-6

Rev 21:7-8, 27

Romans 1:21-32

1 Timothy 1:9-10

To take any of these examples and foolishly say we are not to do so is Spiritual suicide. Not to mention the likely hood of stds caught from sexual fornications.

I am not alone in my criticism of this secular author.

“Yes Jesus Did Care about Correct Doctrine and So Should We”

“2014 Nov 18 Alex Crain”

Yes Jesus and the Disciples left behind specific examples of Doctrines for Christians to follow. IF Mooney wants to be a TRUE Follower of Jesus he HAS TO follow what Jesus said and to Follow what Jesus did in order to be saved. Otherwise those doctrines of man he follows will not save his soul those doctrines of devils will only damn him and those who follow him.
