How my fellow Christians can defend against SDA arguments

How my fellow Christians can defend against SDA arguments

Oct – Nov 2011

SDA propagandists love to try cast doubt upon those of us who don’t believe in THEIR VERSION of Bible teaching. They do so because most Christians donot know their Faith, Doctrines or Theology.

So how do we defend against their various arguments?

Well… Here is my list.

1 For those who are fellow Protestant Christians learn your Bible. Learn about its history, prophecies, and its subjects. Assuming you go to Church services on a regular basis and have a specific doctrinal statement you have specific ideas on what your chosen church believes.

2 Learn about what Jesus had to say about various subjects and issues that can be used in the 21st century.

3 Learn from EX SDA members about what the SDA ‘church’ or ‘movement’ teaches, The movement’s history, SDA doctrine and Theology compared to modern Christianity.

4 Place your FAITH in Jesus and not just what one person teaches over another.

5 Learn from your Bible about it says about Saturday Sabbath. And whom it’s for.

6 Learn from your Bible that God made Sunday special because of Jesus Resurrection. Without Jesus resurrecting. No Christianity.

As you can see these are just my suggestions.

I encourage all fellow Protestant, Pentecostal Christians to research Seventh Day Adventism in order to counter any potential claims that they make either online or in person.

Here are my favorite links involving skepticism of SDA claims from their publications, sermons or websites.

Dale Ratzzlaf Former SDA:

Study subjects relating to seventh day Adventism.

Saturday Sabbath. Who was it for originally?

Exodus 20:8-11

Exodus 31:12-18

Note it wasn’t for Gentiles originally.

Are SDA followers the remnant church or the 144,000?

Revelation 7:1-10

Revelation 14:1-5

Is Sabbath the most important Commandment from the Law of Moses? Not according to Jesus.

Matthew 22:36-40

Mark 12:29-31

Luke 10:25-28

Are modern Christians to observe the Law of Moses?

Acts 15:1-31

We as Protestant Christians have the absolute right to study our Bibles and to master its contents in order to test the claims of those who try to kill our faith. We must do so to defend our Faith in Jesus and what our Churches teach us.
